Luke Mueller is a sports business professional specializing in partnership strategy, activation, and fan engagement. A native of Annapolis, MD, Luke brings a passion for connecting brands with sports teams in meaningful and emotional ways, leveraging his expertise to create impactful experiences for both partners and fans.

Experience

Luke earned his degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business and has extensive experience working with all major DC sports franchises, including the Washington Nationals, Capitals, Wizards, and Mystics. In these roles, he focused on managing fan engagement initiatives and executing partnership activations, developing a deep understanding of how to drive value for sponsors and enhance the fan experience.

Currently, Luke serves as VP of Partnership Strategy and Servicing for the Annapolis Blues FC, where he oversees all partnership operations. He also supports partnership departments across other VVP affiliated clubs, identifying innovative ways to engage local businesses and strengthen community connections through sports.

Luke combines strategic vision, operational expertise, and a hometown perspective to foster partnerships that benefit clubs, fans, and local communities alike.
